SULMUM: A Place To Come Home To Yourself
I work with those in transition, illness, grief, uncertainty or hidden inner unease.
I hold space for people who are living in the “meantime”, between the diagnosis and the answers, the heartbreak and the healing, the fragmented self and whatever is next.
Take the first step and I’ll walk with you.

SULMUM is a sanctuary. Here I walk with you. Healing is held with presence, not imposed on you.

SULMUM is a space rooted in reverence for you. It’s not about performance or fixing. It’s about remembering.

Remember: You are more than your emotions. Feelings are valid and real, but they are not all of you.

Wholeness is not “perfect circumstances”. Wholeness is an inner state, not an external prize.
SULMUM:
Sulmum is a principle derived from the ancient Sumerian and Akkadian languages. It holds a multitude of meanings and encompasses our being: health, safety, well-being and wholeness.
It lives from question, from inquiry: Do you have peace in you? Are you well?

SULMUM Is Not A Method
Sulmum is a philosophy, a healing framework rooted in wholeness, combining self-awareness, somatic wisdom, language, integrity, and meaning, support by radical presence, for inner peace, and authentic expression.
